Booked a room with a nice balcony which the kids really really enjoyed. The breakfast was satisfactory, a wide array of appetising food. The hotel was in a marvellous location right by nature and the restaurant for what we wanted it for.

The hotel in Ixtapan de la Sal was great and in a favorable and stunning location. It is very close to Mexico City as well as the restaurant. - Additionally, it was just 2 miles away from a large outdoor water park.

The hotel has a fantastic pool, beautiful gardens, and complimentary WiFi throughout. We were delighted with the late check-out and the 20% discount on meals and beverages in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was great.

Had a wonderful weekend break at this peaceful resort near Mexico City. The spa was definitely the highlight of our stay, providing world-class services. The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained gardens were perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. We especially enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, and the great price levels for both food and accommodation.

Some guests can be inconsiderate and loud at the pool, causing disturbances during our stay. Our room was also a little messy, with some cleanliness issues that should have been addressed.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, with a range of treatments including body wraps and massages. the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also a highlight, allowing for relaxation in a serene environment. the restaurant provided delicious cuisine and the private facilities in the room were exclusive and well-maintained. the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring all needs were met.

The shallow end of the outdoor swimming pool was smaller than expected, limiting the space for swimming and causing some crowding. this hotel provided an excellent stay with exclusive amenities and great service, but improvements could be made to the swimming pool area.
